The person above who said ...rubbish this is been around for 20 years, is thinking about a Revlon fragrance, called trouble.I believe it was rough on, it was definitely not department store although it may have been at the time. This indeed was launched into thousand four as I was part of the launch partnering with Sharon I work for Nordstrom I believe it was rough on, it was definitely not department store although it may have been at the time. This indeed was launched in 2004, as I was involved in the launch. I adore this fragrance!!

Boucheron Trouble was a wonderful discovery i made many years ago. The beautiful feminine sexy aroma swept me off my feet the moment i first tried it and since then it has become my signature special occasion aroma. It has a really powdery sweet sensation with soft flowers zesty citrus outlines and a sexy wood touched dry down. Lasting power manages a good ten hours on my skin while projection is heavy and needs careful application.

What a load of rubbish that it was first on the scene on 2004 - my daughter is using my Trouble perfume from around 20 years ago. Getting rave reviews at work etc. My husband bought it for me many years ago and, because it was kept in a cupboard, it's great still. Where do you get the 2004 from??? I also used to have a Trouble candle many years ago. xx

I like Trouble. When I tested it, it reminded me of Allure, but smoother and more mellow, not as harsh to my nose as Allure. And the bottle with the original serpent cap was great. I like scents that have cedar in them, but I didn't detect a heavy hit of cedar (as in Moschino Couture, for example), nor did I get root beer, and I've read that elsewhere, too, that it smells like root beer. I got more of a soft, custardy lemon-vanilla on my skin. I never think to put this on my wish list, however, and I don't know why. It's a very nice fragrance.

This scent has so many conflicting comments. Some love it; some hate it. Some say it lasts long; others say longevity is poor. Is conflicting consensus the mark--as with great art--of a masterpiece? Perhaps.

Although I do not deem this scent a must-have, I enjoy its warm and sweet vanilla drydown. Even with the similar viper/poison-and-fangs imagery, this is not like Poison at all, with its in-your-face potency, nor as strong as Hypnotic Poison, with its candy sweetness. Trouble is much gentler than these two. The top notes are very floral and even fruity, with more than a good amount of citrus.

This scent came in so many forms: pure parfum, eau de parfum, eau legere, and even perfume solid in a compact. I wonder why it's being discontinued only six years after its launch. At this writing, it is still on the corporate Web site.

I would deem Trouble bottle-worthy but not a blind buy. (It can be bought at discount retailers now.) If you like florals with fruit and citrus, and an amber/vanilla drydown, you may wish to sample this.

Another misnamed fragrance: Trouble is a rich oriental that represents warm and comfortable femininity.

It opens with a pretty combination of heliotrope and white flowers on top of a fruit note I can’t identify. It is a very feminine fragrance that is somehow soft and vibrant at the same time.

Like so many Boucherons, Trouble rests on a warm, rich, and complex vanilla base. In this case the vanilla is infused with cedar, musk, and a bit of spice.

Longevity and sillage are very good.

There are similarities to YSL’s Cinema, but I find Trouble to be more engaging and less syrupy than Cinema.
