I adore Carolina perfume! It's a refreshing, sweet and feminine aroma. I notice plenty of strawberry and mysteriously, a tiny whiff of passion fruit as well, giving it a nice touch. Carolina Herrera Carolina fragrance was once my favorite aroma... until it was shamefully discontinued.

As lushly refined as I would expect anything from the house of Carolina Herrera to be, this fragrance is in a class with Hanae Mori and some of the better Ungaro scents. If you seek something that portrays fruit in an uber-sophisticat grown-up light rather than a sugary teenaged way - a basket of picture-perfect strawberries from Dean and Deluca, say, versus a Jolly Rancher candy (both of which have their merits, by the way!) - give this one a whirl. The fruit notes are just sweet enough, the woods and musk are caressing, and the dash of pepper is tailored and crisp. It's a bit too formal for casual wear, in my opinion; I'm all for mixing it up but I feel as though pairing this with jeans and a t-shirt would just be too odd of a juxtaposition, even for me. It's pure, strong femininity, nothing even remotely androgynous or quirky about it.

A perfectly pink, pretty scent with an elegant drydown. The cardamom grounds the fruity top notes and smooths the way into the pepper in the middle notes. The base is a lovely balanced musk and wood. It is the only fruity-floral I've come across which is sophisticated enough for a grown woman.

This is a lovely scent! It reminds of the scents of the eighties. It's old fashioned but in a good way. A soft, slightly sweet powdery scent. The earlier made resemblance with Mademoiselle and Flowerbomb i can't detect at all. Mademoiselle is more fresh and Flowerbomb is much sweeter and heavier. I don't like flowerbomb at all but i find this very lovely although the longevity is not that great, about 3-4 hours max. That's a pity because i like my perfumes to last all day. But it's good and a stayer for me i will finish my bottle.
