Chanel No 19 is such an exquisite, stylish as well as incredible fragrance. I have both the Perfume as well as EDT version. It's quite sharp in the beginning however it turns to a nice earthy sensation that is utterly divine and such a mood lifter. The oakmoss as well as vetiver layered on a green background are extremely noticeable throughout the lifespan of the aroma. The actual florals aren't overdone with the iris the most noticeable for me. The leather is light and tamed. I am certain it really is beautiful and worth trying for everybody.

Wow! It's a gorgeous masterpiece and I LOVE it! I have longed to find a Chanel that works well on me. As it develops on my skin suddenly it is reminiscent of Must de Cartier, which I love, and (beloved) Vintage Emeraude. I've grown tired of fragrances that everyone can enjoy on me BUT me. Long after I think a fragrance is long gone, someone complements me. That is nice, but I'd like to enjoy it too. So Far I think this one is a secret to enjoy for yourself. I really love that idea...

The absolute blast of earthy green notes that comes from this makes it an instant classic. I am mostly a gourmand/ sweet/ floral person. However, the very anti-thesis of its nature to my taste keeps bringing me back to this. Give it a try.

I decided to try No. 19 simply because I've been reviving my old love affair with Cristalle, and wanted to see if No. 19 would appeal to me as much. Wow, it does, and then some. The EDT goes on sharp and cool, but quickly softens and warms to a sweet, dry floralcy with a woody green shade, a drydown so smooth and divine that I barely can pry my nose from my wrist and stop inhaling it in deep lungfuls. I adore wearing this — it makes me feel like the best-smelling female in the world!
