I love everything about this elixir. I first purchased it along with the body powder, soap and body lotion. I have had it now for over 10 years and there is exactly 1/4" left and I don't want to ever run out of it. I love the size and shape of the bottle and am a huge fan of the dab on top which I prefer to a spray on perfume. I also love how little I need to use as well as the lingering scent on my clothes and in my closet. This is a very feminine scent and I get many compliments when I rub a dot on my hands and run my hands through my hair. It is not imposing in any way. I wish it was not discontinued, if I had known I would have bought a few more bottles. I recommend using fragrance free products when wearing it because you will get the true scent as it mixes with your own body oils/odors to make your own exclusive scent on your clothes. It's absolutely beautiful. I wear it everywhere even though the options only gave one to choose from.

I received my first bottle of Chanel No 5 Elixir Sensuel the other day. Its very difficult to come across but its worth the try since its so gorgeous soapy and powdery. Similar to classic No 5. However more contemporary. Likewise related to premiere sits near the skin. It is attractive sensual and gentle.

I find this formulation wears better on my skin than the original alcohol based version as it brings out the ylang ylang/rose accents more. Bought it on a trip to NY one Christmas so the smell always transports me back there!

One of my personal favorites. All the fragrance notes are present at once. Lasts longer and those notes I find less than desirable on their own blend wonderfully. A floral, classic, femmine fragrance

This is luxurious! This is how you and your perfume become one. If only all fumes could be made in this form.

It doesn't overwhelm you upon application like a spray. It's like a seduction... it's soft touch caresses you and then hugs onto your skin. This version of No.5 is to die for. And for those of you who don't find the spray wearable... this elixir is for you!
