Cool Water Frozen is the best flanker of Cool Water and better than the original. Feels like ice when first applied and is brighter and fresher than the original. This is a pretty good grapefruit with lime. Feels really refreshing when I spray it on. Pleasant and extremely wearable, especially in spring and summer.
