Well this is probably the best Acqua Di Gio I've ever tried.. never expecting anything to beat the original but the Acqua Di Gio Essenza edition from Giorgio Armani is sure something special. The aquatic spicy freshness in the opening right down to the airy trail is pure pleasure... excellent lasting power and so many good comments.

Acqua di Gio Essenza is a work of a genius. To me it is more potent and actually an improved version of Acqua di Gio as wonderful as the original is. It is what I wished for Acqua di Gio to be when it first came out. It is the most excellent follow up to the classic bestseller and has become my new signature scent. Longevity and sillage are highly improved with richer spicy notes in the dry down. Excellent for warm hot weather, as it lasts over +10hrs on my skin.
