Just tried on at store and bought a bottle. It’s lovely, light and soft on me (woman) with primarily sandalwood that lingers. Performs well for me staying fresh and light in extreme desert heat (100F).
The perfume counter worker goaded my husband into trying it as well. Yuck! We both hated it on him. It was, sharp even inside w/ AC. And when he later walked out into the heat, it was overpowering.
Overall... can be lovely. But I wouldn’t invest without checking if it works for your own chemistry. Definitely not universal.
