Paris, 1912. The joie de vivre of "La Belle Époque" enchants the streets of the "City of Light". A new wind inspires the greatest artists and designers of the moment. Driven by this effervescence at the beginning of the century, Jacques Guerlain imagines Fol Arôme, a composition ahead of its time.
This Perfume Extract is like its name: irreverent and unexpected, daring before time to play on the ambiguity of genres. Its powdery floral heart - iris, carnation, rose - meets with a contrast the invigorating freshness of aromatic notes - sage and lavender - reputed to be more masculine.
Thierry Wasser, Perfumer of Maison Guerlain, decides today to revive this disappeared trail in an exceptional edition - limited and numbered - taking up its period setting in the “Art Nouveau” spirit.
A magnificent and explosive encounter between aromatic notes and a floral bouquet. At the head, notes of mint refresh, sparkle a zest of bergamot and discover peach and lavender accents on an eminently floral heart of rose, daffodil, Grandiflorum jasmine and sage.
