This fragrance, though much maligned(I wonder how many nay - sayers have actually smelled it - yet alone tried it.) is truly a masterpiece(imho). It is Superbly blended - by two of the Master perfumers of the last 20 years or so. For a thorough, unbiased critique please see 'The Absolutist's review on Fragrantica for this fragrance.Truly unique & Superb:(cocoa(dominant);wood(noticable); tonka(Beautifully creamy in the dry down), fig &rubharb( lends a sweetness to play off of the coccao). Longevity & sillage are excellent. Try it!!

Jean Paul Gaultier Kokorico by Night is my evening aroma. Parties dating clubbing you name it... always get compliments and matches my skin chemistry perfectly. I have the original Kokorico and this one is warmer sweet and seems somewhat more refined to me. The bottle is a work of art and a feast for the eyes. One of my favorite from JPG.
