Cabriole Hermes New Children's Fragrance

Cabriole is a gentle scented water for children, the first of its kind for the luxury brand.

Hermes Cabriole is the designer's first fragrance for children in an alcohol-free eau de senteur (scented water) formulation. Created by Christine Nagel, director of creation and olfactory heritage for Hermès Parfums.

Cabriole brings together the floral softness of osmanthus and the subtle freshness of honeysuckle, with the ageless sophistication of sandalwood. The outcome is a gentle blend designed to softly stimulate the apricot-like aroma of a child’s cheek.

"I sought to create a comforting and highly distinctive scented water that signifies the bond between parent and child. I wanted to make a digression, a joyful leap towards a new proposal, deliberately moving away from orange blossom, I used osmanthus and honeysuckle to express in a different way the great fondness I feel for childhood, a time of fearless experimentation and insatiable curiosity. The brand’s signature lantern bottle houses Cabriole while adorned with a marvelous playful illustration by artist Alice Charbin.
