Estee Lauder Modern Muse Perfume

Estee Lauder Fragrances is introducing Modern Muse, a new fragrance for women, in September 2013. Modern Muse is apparently the house's first significant women's aroma announced in a decade since Beyond Paradise from 2003. The new scent is Estée Lauder's endeavor in returning to the club of leading perfume houses of the fragrance industry.

According to the brand: "Modern Muse has been created to make us feel like stars in our own lives. Modern Muse captures what it means today to be independent and confident in one's own sense of self and style. We mean the idea of confidence that inspires".

The theme of the new formulation is developed around cool woods, for 'strength', mandarin, large white flowers among them tuberose, lily and a pair of different jasmine varieties, for 'femininity' and a textured, layered effect, that gives depth to the juice. The whole idea is meant to deliver a combined two faceted perception with inspiring approach. The opening accord of jasmine, blends exotic notes of mandarin, tuberose, fresh lily, honeysuckle, dewy petals, Sambac jasmine and Chinese Sambac jasmine absolute. The sleek woods accord mixes a pair of different patchouli, Madagascar vanilla, amber wood and soft musk. This is a masterful parallel approach for two different elements, strength with vigorous power and femininity-typical female traits, in this new creation, developed by perfumer Harry Fremont.

The elegantly curved stylish bottle with its chic stopper hides the soft pink juice visible through the clear body of the glass vial. The whole style and color theme, involving gold colored accents on the neck of the bottle that continue to form the unique spray cap, with the dark violet color fins is itself a modern style, and has the delicacy of contrasting forces, today's modern muse is a study in contrasts that absorbs ones thoughts. It all relates to dynamic tension in a woman's life, ready to transform and inspire.

Estee Lauder Modern Muse perfume is set to be available this autumn 2013 in versions of 30ml, 50ml and 100ml in Eau de Parfum concentration, accompanied by a matching body care collection, including a body lotion and shower gel. According to preliminary reports there will also be a more concentrated 30ml version, in Parfum formulation expected to roll out in 2014.
