Flora Emerald Gardenia is a variant on Flora Gorgeous Gardenia from 2012, which was a flanker to the classic Gucci Flora from 2009. Gorgeous Gardenia has also been introduced in limited editions in 2017 (pink bottle) and 2018 (yellow bottle).

Including its titles colour, Gucci Flora Emerald Gardenia is a freshly mixed edition of the perfume from the Flora family. The fragrance is influenced by a picture of an early summer's morning, where orchards fresh with fruit are blanketed in morning dew. Refreshing, vivid fruit notes start the scent: Pear, Lemon and Watermelon blend with the heart notes of classy aqueous flowers Gardenia, Frangipani and Lotus. The glowing fruit and floral mix is placed gently on a foundation of lustrous woods notes such as Sandalwood and Cedarwood along with velvety Musks.
