L'Air du Temps A Paris Chez Antoinette Poisson Nina Ricci

L'Air du Temps by Nina Ricci exclusive version Antoinette Posion. This limited edition bottle is set for release this May 2021, showing up in a new outfit. This classic has been around since 1948, and now a stunning limited edition appears, signed by the master perfumer Calice Becker and designed in collaboration with Antoinette Poisson appears.

Totally French L'Air du Temps

A celebration of French-style workmanship so appreciated by Nina Ricci while its fragrance gets more luminous and creamy than ever.

Nina Ricci has joined forces with Maison A Paris chez Antoinette Poisson. In rebirth and recovery of the domotería, an 18th century technique composed of printing decorative papers by sheets from engraved plates, before embossing them by hand with the help of stencils. With this art, a pigeon garden comes to life and decorates this new L'Air du Temps.

The inborn poetry at L'Air du Temps is the inspiration for the house, creating a unique motif of doves revolving in a floral world. L'Air du Temps thus appears in a new light: a luminous and sensual floral perfume, creamier and more impressive than the original.

L'Air du Temps, olfactory composition from 1948. There are a handful of perfumes that can be claimed to be icons. L'Air du Temps, the first spicy floral nectar, is among them.

Created in the celebration of the post-war period, this exquisite aroma, blending jasmine, rose, gardenia and spiced carnation, is an expression of peace and freedom. Ideals symbolized by the doves perched on their famous scrolls.

Connecting Traditions L'Air du Temps

As myths love to reinvent and transform themselves, Nina Ricci offers a limited edition a surprising version signed by Calice Becker and designed in collaboration with Antoinette Poisson.

More about Antoinette Poisson: Created in 2012 by a trio of heritage restorers, the maison A Paris chez Antoinette Poisson has revived a forgotten know-how: dominottery. This 18th century technique consists of printing decorative papers by sheets from engraved plates, before embossing them by hand with the help of stencils.

With geometric or botanical-inspired motifs, each of Antoinette Poisson's wallpapers is created using the original method. A celebration of French-style craftsmanship so cherished by Nina Ricci. Without forgetting the other apparent connection that unites the two maisons: their love of poetry.

L'Air du Temps The pigeon garden

If L'Air du Temps had to be manifested by a single symbol, it would be its pair of graceful and ethereal doves, perching on the bottle. For this limited edition, Antoinette Poisson takes inspiration from them, creating an exclusive design of doves circling in a floral world.

This layout is homage to a purely French savoir-faire: that of de la toile de Jouy, a fabric born in Jouy-en-Josas in the mid-18th century, familiar for its bucolic monochromatic decorations full of poetry. A fabric appreciated by Antoinette Poisson, who has created a special yellow and gold print for the occasion, which is produced to infinity in a porcelain-like white lacquered bottle. A gesture to tradition enlivened with a delicious touch of modernity.

Glorify the light: The Eau de Parfum is also revisited. Nina Ricci has commissioned Master Perfumer Calice Becker with the task of re-creating her iconic nectar, while retaining its unique attributes.

Reminiscent of porcelain, this luminous and sensual floral fragrance is creamier and more impressive than the original L'Air du Temps. With its first rhyme, the fresh and stimulating yuzu creates a glowing alliance with the pink berries. As the verse expands, it enables the velvety and solar notes of tuberose, jasmine and ylang ylang to communicate themselves. Creating a bouquet whose richness is boosted by an enveloping, almost milk background, composed of sandalwood and musk.

It’s time to Hope again L'Air du Temps

L'Air du Temps comes to life in a new light of hope, shiny with sensuality. As a pleasant melody to the worldly uncertainty. L'Air du Temps reminds us that dreams and poetry are more than ever part of the age in which we live. Celebrating the beauty of nature and the eternity of suspended moments is not a sign of naivety but a manifesto.
