Cartier Oud Vanille Expanding Possibilities

In-house perfume Mathilde Laurent presents her own interpretation of vanilla that is a blend of nature and technology, free of preconceptions and stereotypes. Everything began with the 2018 release of the beautifully sweet fragrance L'Heure Perdue, which was influenced by childhood. It was based on vanillin, a sensual-smelling aldehyde that reintroduced the artificial molecules that have been essential to perfumery since the turn of the 19th century.
