Les Sorbets de Bella: The Sorbets of Bella in a cocktail frappe is the fizzing result of a chilled nectar of fruits. Underlined by a hint of green mandarin, grapefruit, rhubarb and pomegranate appearing in this juice signed by Sonia Constant, just as refreshing as if had they all been cryogenized. An accord suited out to add a frisson with a hint of rose jelly and vibrant woody notes. Without forgetting a handful of crumbled violets and shiso, whose green fragrances add a flavored scent of naturalness.
