Jessica McClintock Fragrance History:
In 1988 the Jessica McClintock brand presented its first aroma in select Macy’s stores. The brands homonymous women’s fragrance, created by Roure Bertrand Dupont, was a gentle twist of lemon, citrus, basil, rose and jasmine. Remarkably, the perfume was not licensed to a fragrance or cosmetics company, but it was rather developed by the business own means. In 1992 this was accompanied by Scott McClintock the brand’s first men’s fragrance.

Given its name after Jessica’s son, the fragrance was a powerful blend of incense, flowers and spice. Today additional well-known aromas for the company feature New Victorian, Gunne Sax, the bridal-inspired Jessica McClintock Silk Ribbons, and 2001’s Jessica McClintock #3, a refreshing, watery aroma presenting fruits and lilac. Her latest creation is Dancing perfume that has recently rolled out.
