There can be no distinct or more capturing representation of the perfumer’s inspiring passion, shaped around one idea: wood, wood and more wood! It was unbelievably daring to create this woody bouquet, skilfully composed, mixing patchouli, vetiver, sandalwood, oud and cedar in a foundation of fawning vanilla that magnificently envelopes this wood "forest" to nurture and then soften it.

L'Orient Contes du Levant

With an effortless and clear writing, the perfumer desired to capture the green and spicy aroma of a damascena rose handled in majesty, just energized with attractive notes of incense and patchouli. He excels in adding in tension the freshness of this Turkish rose and the addictive warmth of the pepper and ciste trio. This fragrance, completely arranged around the favourite flower of the Orientals, releases its aura of mystery on the skin.

L'Orient Fables d'Orient

You must visualize a "flower milk" that has been brought to life in the perfumer's imagination. It is a material, a texture as much as a smell. Its embodiment is the sun-radiated heliotrope flower with its effusive and creamy fragrance. The nutmeg, with its warm, peppery aroma, makes it utterly addictive. The last piece of the puzzle, ensuring the fragrance blends with the skin, is the magical pulsation of amber and the cottony cosiness of musk, which close the accord on a sensual and relaxing note.

The perfumer desired to generate a nearly mystical sentiment of what he perfectly dubs a "woody nectar" created around a creamy cedar with warm and gourmet tonalities of saffron and muscade nuts. The appearance of the charming resins of ciste and labdanum stimulates the warm earth of the Orient. This impressive mix of cedar and fiery spices tints this perfume with an aura of mystery and makes the journey crazily enigmatic.

L'Orient Ode a L'Oudh

The perfumer had long imagined of a fruit liquor with floral highlights, as sweet as a flow of honey down the throat, with the effect almost of a magical potion. He made it the beating heart of the perfume, the soul, the life of his creation. Even in the base, the perfumer has preferred simplicity: a leathery-animal note indicated by oud wood, vibrating properly with saffron and vanilla bean. A signature fragrance with the necessary roundness and comfort.
