Chanel Gabrielle

Gabrielle the new women's fragrance by CHANEL is a shining blend. Drawing inspiration from Gabrielle, the birth name of Coco Chanel, designer and founder of the House of CHANEL, with her rebellious heart, fiery and free temperament, she followed the path of the woman she desired to be, a brilliant woman. CHANEL in house perfumer Olivier Polge, collaborating with the CHANEL Laboratory of Creation and Development of Perfumes, formulated a solar flower influenced by a bouquet of 4 white flowers.

The perfume seems to be a floating airy sensation inside this fantastic square dimensional spaced bottle, designed of ultra-thin glass. The 4 clear edges disappear into the background letting the brimming with light fragrance to glow right out all its sides. The branding label and the stopper have the similar form and the same elusive silver gold lamé shade. The pouch inside is warmed with an overdose of golden exquisiteness. The casing includes a unique inner fabric dressing that safeguards the bottle and sits in an outline indentation of its shape. GABRIELLE CHANEL is the perfume of a solar woman.

Gabrielle connects to the history of No.5

In a first impression you can see there are resemblances among No.5 and Gabrielle, most obviously with the squared bottles. The two fragrances are also floral and reveal essential ingredients produced in Chanel's flower grounds in Grasse. As described by Polge, anytime we examine and think about Chanel fragrance we usually conclude by referencing flowers and only a few flowers, including jasmine and its siblings ylang ylang and orange flower of which all three are applied in Gabrielle as well.

The space of olfactory sensations

It is a clean floral, a solar flower structured on a bouquet of 4 white flowers, four reflections of light that mirrors across the 4 edges of the bottle. A creamy and cocooning heart of exotic jasmine, glistening with the fruity green nuances of ylang-ylang. Fresh and dazzling orange blossom glows through, offering a glance of Grasse tuberose expressed in its most natural appearance. It is the best flower, a glowing and dazzling, totally feminine CHANEL flower.

Who should try Gabrielle?

Just about anybody who loved Coco Mademoiselle but felt it was too bold. Especially those who appreciate gentle floral notes yet prefer a touch more details. Enthusiasts of citrusy florals who would prefer something uncomplicated for day time. It will last rather effectively and has a mild sillage, however it could even be a great office fragrance. Not to mention lastly, the uncompromising bottle collectors and enthusiasts of Chanel, Gabrielle is pretty attractive.
