Note di Colonia I Unisex fragrance by Acqua Di Parma

The niche Italian perfume brand Acqua di Parma is unveiling Note di Colonia collection of aromas in September 2016. The triplet of these opera-inspired fragrances celebrates the 100th anniversary of the brand's Colonia aroma.

Acqua di Parma has reached its first centenary 1916 - 2016. Its beginnings are inseparably connected to the city of Parma, where Colonia, the fragrance which designated its first appearance, was brought to life and where the brand has been maintaining the principles of artwork, music and classiness from its start off. To rejoice the Centenary and in honor to its city and its history, Acqua di Parma is creating Note di Colonia. A new series which draws creativity from the world of opera with three distinct perfumes, each package enclosed in a reinterpretation of Colonia's original bottle.

Note di Colonia I an exhilarating crescendo presenting light and fascinating notes, delivering a feeling of happiness. Note di Colonia I is influenced by Libiamo ne lieti calico, from La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi. Its radiant formulation exudes an ambiance that is happy and loaded with effervescence. Its potent characteristic cologne runs in a purely contemporary orchestration presented by its aromatic notes. The fragrance includes a surge of bergamot, in its shimmering and most precious Italian quality, along with the shiny notes of neroli. The citrus opening, classically cologne, sweetens and gets gentle and embracing as it runs into the heart of the scent, which is surprisingly aromatic. At this point, the composition combines the freshness of lavender with the velvety warmth of Damascus rose and violet accord. In the wealthy and luxurious ending there is a sophisticated blend of patchouli and cedarwood. Treasured essences give the aroma a fulfilling depth and nobleness, making it completely unique.
