Nonetheless, Cherry in the Air is not that. It starts out with a sweet burst of sugary cherry; yet, it develops as the sugar obscures and settles. It's a stunning straight-forward cherry aroma, yes, yet there's a whole other world to it in the fascinating golden/caramel-like drydown. it's a fabulous aroma.
