The results of this unusual collaboration will be available from January 2016.
A one of a kind and certainly different effort involving the New York artist and the French perfume house at the Guerlain Exclusive Collections innovative lab has lead to three limited edition bottles that will be available from early 2016. Every bottle is a remodeling of the legendary bee-pattern bottle, created by Pierre-Francois-Pascal Guerlain in 1853 as part of an exclusive request for the marriage of Eugenie de Montijo and Napoleon III. Now the one liter bottle was commissioned to JonOne as a blank canvas, enabling him to exhibit hit talent with his amazing colored style. The outcome is a burst of colorings in three unique tones: blue for Shalimar Extract, pink for La Petite Robe Noire Extract and orange for Rose Barbare Eau de Parfum. All the bottles were painted at the JonOne workshop in Paris. They were artistically updated and finalized individually from the artist, producing a unique bottle every time. These "bee bottles" also preserve the Guerlain impression in the style of a satin ribbon which is found on the neck. For the occasion of this special collaboration, Guerlain will carry an event of JonOne's work in its renowned store on the Champs-Elysees in Paris from the beginning of January until the end of February, 2016. The Guerlain x JonOne selection of aromas will be available in a numbered and signed bee bottle with 34 pieces for "Shalimar" and 32 pieces for "La Petite Robe Noire" and "Rose Barbare".
